Due to the nature of directly downloadable digital products, we generally do not offer refunds. However, we understand that there may be exceptional circumstances. Here are the situations in which a refund may be considered:
Double payment: In case of double payment for the same product, please contact us at contact@savoirhub.com as soon as possible. We will refund the double payment.
Unavailability of Product for Download: If you are experiencing technical problems or if the product you have purchased is not available for download despite successful payment, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at contact@savoirhub.com. We will do our best to solve the problem or refund your money.
